Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website soycoachroger.com and the 1:1 calisthenics coaching service offered by Roger Jiménez under the trade name Soy Coach Roger (hereinafter "we" or "Soy Coach Roger"), operating professionally in Barcelona, Spain.

By browsing this website, booking a call, or hiring the coaching service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the website or hire the service.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

• "Service": the 1:1 calisthenics coaching provided by Roger Jiménez, including initial diagnosis, training plan design, and periodic follow-up.
• "User" or "student": any person browsing the website or hiring the Service.
• "Website": the informational and contact page soycoachroger.com.

Soy Coach Roger offers a 1:1 personal training service focused on calisthenics, which typically includes:

• A free, no-obligation initial diagnostic call.
• Analysis of the student's technique based on videos they provide.
• Design of a personalised training plan.
• Periodic follow-up and adjustment of the plan through direct communication.

The Service is provided remotely (online); it is not delivered through a proprietary platform or app, but through direct communication (video, messaging, or email) between the student and Roger Jiménez.

Physical exercise, and calisthenics in particular, carries an inherent risk of injury. Before starting any training programme, we recommend consulting a doctor or healthcare professional, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, an injury, or have not trained for a while.

You are responsible for truthfully informing us about your health condition, injuries and physical limitations before starting the Service. Soy Coach Roger does not replace medical judgement and does not guarantee specific results, as these depend on individual factors (consistency, nutrition, rest, starting condition, among others) beyond our control.

The diagnostic call is booked through Calendly, an external provider subject to its own terms of use. When booking, you voluntarily provide your name and email address to arrange the appointment.

Engagement of the coaching Service is formalised individually after the diagnostic call, once both parties agree on the specific conditions (duration, follow-up frequency and price).

• Service pricing is communicated individually during or after the diagnostic call, as coaching is tailored to each student.
• Payments are agreed and managed directly between Roger Jiménez and the student, by whatever means are agreed in each case.
• The initial diagnostic call is free and does not involve any commitment to hire the Service afterwards.
• Cancellation, postponement or refund conditions for the hired Service are expressly agreed between the parties at the time of engagement, always respecting any rights granted to the user under consumer protection regulations.

The website's content (text, images, videos, training plans and educational material) is owned by Roger Jiménez or used with due authorisation, and is protected by the Spanish Intellectual Property Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996). Its reproduction, distribution or public communication without prior written authorisation is not permitted.

When using the website, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information when contacting us.
• Not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful purposes or in bad faith.
• Not attempt to breach the website's technical security or access restricted areas without authorisation.
• Respect the intellectual property rights described in the previous section.

Soy Coach Roger will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the Service. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the hired Service, except in cases where Spanish law does not allow limiting liability (e.g. wilful misconduct or gross negligence).

We are not liable for website interruptions caused by force majeure or by third-party providers (hosting, Calendly, social media) beyond our control.

Both the student and Soy Coach Roger may end the coaching relationship at any time, respecting any notice or cancellation conditions agreed upon engagement. We do not require a minimum commitment period: the goal is for you to continue only while the service is providing real value.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection regulations establish a different, mandatory jurisdiction in favour of the user.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal changes or changes in how the Service is provided. We will publish the current version on this page along with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the website after a modification implies acceptance of the new Terms.
