I've spent more than ten years training calisthenics athletes one on one, here in Barcelona and online across Spain. No apps, no groups, no copy-pasted routines. Every plan is designed from scratch around your body, your history and where you want to get to.

In 2019 I became WCO world champion. What I learned competing at that level is exactly what I apply with you: technique first, strength second, results after that.

    Diagnostic call

    We talk with no obligation. I ask about your body, your history, your injuries and where you want to get to. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you straight.

  2. 02 from your video

    Technique analysis

    You film yourself doing the key movements. I review them one by one, no filters: where you fail, what blocks your progression, what to polish before loading weight.

  3. 03 week 1

    Custom plan

    I design a plan for you with no app and no shortcuts. Exercises, progressions, rest, frequency. Adapted to your schedule, equipment and real level.

  4. 04 ongoing

    Weekly 1:1 follow-up

    Every week you review, film, and we talk. I adjust the plan whenever needed. No waiting until month-end, no bots. Me, you, and your progress.

  • Do I need previous calisthenics experience?

    No. I work with people of every level, from absolute beginners to advanced athletes. The plan is designed from scratch based on your history, goals and current fitness level.
  • How does the 1:1 process work?

    It starts with a free diagnostic call. From there I design a fully personalized plan: exercises, progressions, frequency and rest. You have direct contact with me at all times for adjustments and questions.
  • How much does 1:1 coaching cost?

    Price depends on the plan and the follow-up frequency you need, so I go through it in detail on the free diagnostic call, no obligation and no surprises later. What you're paying for isn't a generic routine — it's me personally reviewing your technique, every single week.
  • How long until I see results?

    It depends on your starting point and consistency, but most students notice technical and strength improvements within 4–8 weeks. The key is that the plan adapts to you, not the other way around.
  • Does online coaching work as well as in-person?

    Yes, as long as there's real video follow-up — which is exactly what I do. You film yourself performing each movement, I correct it with the same level of detail as if I were right there at the bar with you, and I adjust the plan based on what I see. Most of my students train this way, from Barcelona or from any city with a pull-up bar nearby.
  • Can I train from anywhere?

    Yes. The coaching is designed so you can train at home, in a gym, or in any park with bars. You just need basic equipment and a connection for the video reviews.
  • How is this different from an app or a generic program?

    An app gives you the same routine as thousands of other people. With me, every exercise, every set and every progression is designed specifically for your body, your limitations and your goals. There's no comparison.
  • Is there a minimum commitment?

    No. You can start whenever you want and stop whenever you want. I don't sell long contracts: I sell attention and results. If you're not progressing, we talk.
